Dante Vinci joins Van Amersfoort Racing for the final round of the Italian Formula 4 Championship
Van Amersfoort Racing is excited to announce that Australian talent Dante Vinci will join the team for the final round of the 2024 Italian F4 Championship in Monza. Dante, who has made a name for himself in the world of karting and junior single-seaters, brings a promising combination of speed and determination to the grid.
Dante’s career kicked off in karting at the age of 12 years old, where his strong performances on the international stage, including representing Australia at the OK-J and OK World Championships, quickly attracted attention. After a couple of test days with Van Amersfoort Racing in a Formula 4 car, Dante is now joining the team for the final round of the Italian F4 Championship. His participation is an exciting step forward in his motorsport journey, and both he and the team are looking forward to the races.
Speaking on the upcoming race weekend, Dante said: “I am thrilled to be racing with VAR for the final round of Italian F4 in Monza. The Temple of Speed being my debut in single seaters will be an amazing experience! I’m glad to be alongside Van Amersfoort Racing.”
Rob Niessink, CEO of Van Amersfoort Racing, adds: “We’re very pleased to welcome Dante to the team for the season finale. Dante has already demonstrated impressive talent and racecraft, and we’re confident he will fit in well with our team. We look forward to seeing him race with us during the final round.”
The final round of the Italian Formula 4 Championship will take place in Monza on 25-27 October and will be broadcasted live on the YouTube channel of the Championship.
